Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday). We currently ship within the USA only. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information — please check your spam folder if you do not see it.
Orders are shipped through UPS, USPS, and occasionally FedEx. Please note that WITHLOVEPEARL is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us so we can assist you in filing a package search or claim. Clear images of the damage and your order number/receipt are required. Claims cannot be processed without proof of purchase from WITHLOVEPEARL.
Returns
All purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted. We take pride in the quality of our handmade creations, and natural variations in color or texture are to be expected — these do not affect product integrity.
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact WITHLOVEPEARL with your order number/receipt and clear images of the product. While we cannot accept returns, we are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Please note that changes in temperature and light may cause discoloration over time.
